- Track assets using asset management software SnapTracker
INSTALLATION
- Phased coordination = minimal organizational disruption
- Daily updates and milestone tracking
- Onsite project management
PROJECT CLOSEOUT
- Complete punch lists
- Lead final walkthroughs
- Deliver completion reports and turnover documentation
MOVE SERVICES & FACILITY SUPPORT
- Manage relocations, reconfigurations, and internal moves
- Provide daily MAC support (Moves/Adds/Changes)
- Offer onsite staffing (if needed)
DAY 2 SERVICES
- Cover warranty and repair services
- Ongoing support as needs evolve
